  19. Thanks for the info, Matt.  But I spent hours trying to talk to a human 
  20. being at USR, all I could get were some recorded sales pitch and 
  21. product annoucements, and then W-A-I-T indefinitely on the phone.

  24. staff on a person-to-person basis?  I'll gladly pay the long-distance
